When you subscribe to our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — your name or email identifier
- Subscription timestamp — date and time you subscribed
We do not collect:
- IP addresses or User-Agent strings
- Names, phone numbers, or physical addresses

- Location data
- Cookies or tracking identifiers
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the data collected for the following purposes:
- Email address — To send you product launch notifications and updates you requested
- Subscription timestamp — Record keeping and order of subscription
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is encrypted at rest by Cloudflare's platform. Access to the data store is restricted to authorized RedanSoftware personnel via Cloudflare API authentication.
We do not use additional client-side storage (cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage).
5. Data Retention
We retain your subscription data for one year from the date of subscription. Data may be renewed if you resubscribe. Rate limit data is automatically purged after 1 hour.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process data:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Hosting and content delivery (USA). Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection. Processes your browser environment to verify you are human. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restrict processing — Request limitation of how we process your data
- Right to data portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

8. Data Removal
To request deletion of your subscription data, email privacy@redansoftware.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and the email address you subscribed with. We will process your request within 30 days.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
